Eligibility for Refund:
- Service cancellation within 7 days of initiation: 100% refund
- Service cancellation within 30 days: 75% refund
- Service cancellation within 60 days: 50% refund
- No refund after 60 days of service
3.3 Security & Compliance Services
Eligibility for Refund:
- Service cancellation before audit begins: 100% refund
- Service cancellation after audit begins: 50% refund
- No refund after audit completion
3.4 Managed IT Support
Eligibility for Refund:
- Service cancellation within 30 days: 100% refund
- Service cancellation within 60 days: 75% refund
- Service cancellation within 90 days: 50% refund
- No refund after 90 days of service
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once delivered:
- Completed security audits and reports
- Delivered custom software solutions
- Completed data migration services
- Training sessions and workshops
- Consultation services already provided
5. Refund Process
